Morgan View

A&R, a housing development and management organization, asked to work with us after an unsuccessful attempt at building a web site with another vendor. A&R chose M3 because we were able to demonstrate how we could satisfy their desire to form an emotional connection with their users.

While working with A&R, we designed and developed an engaging web site for their newest housing project at Morgan State University. Morgan View, an exciting state-of-the-art college housing facility, needed an equally cutting edge web site.

We demonstrated for A&R how using Macromedia Flash could be used to create a powerful first impression and to give useful audio and visual tours of what would have been static floorplans. We also pitched them on the idea of using large quantities of photos throughout the site. These photos are randomly selected every time the user visits a page. By using this design concept we changed the complexion of the page, giving it a fresh new look, while maintaining a focus on the company's key content.
